Waking up to find our main sewer drain backed up was not the way I expected to start my day. However, Mr. Rooter came through big time! Their representative on the phone was very helpful and sent a plumber out right away. The plumber was incredible. He came in and fixed the problem, and it took him perhaps less than an hour. He was here in an incredibly timely fashion, polite, straight to the point, and all around just amazing. I can't thank him enough, and I wanted to emphasize how incredible he was.

Had a very good experience today with a Mr. Rooter. He showed up and was very friendly, respectful, and courteous throughout the time. He was very knowledgeable in his area. Took the time to explain everything in detail before proceeding with the work. Overall, good customer service. Would definitely call Mr. Rooter again!
